The 5-Week Time-out Journey includes:

  • 90 min online check-in with your personal coach to connect, build trust and create an outline for your curated retreat. 
  • 2.5 day deep dive retreat, personally guided by an experienced coach in one of our amazing retreat locations, including accommodation, food, workbook, mindfulness equipment; (excluding travel)
  • 2 x 90 mins Follow-Up Online-Coaching sessions to ensure sustainable integration 

The deep-dive retreat will take place in a carefully curated location:

    What you can look forward to during your TIME-OUT:

    • A facilitated coaching journey 
    • Daily morning routine with personalised bodywork sessions (yoga etc.) 
    • Foundations of mindfulness practice to connect with yourself 
    • Guided inner transformation process featuring the  “immunity-to-change” process by Harward Design  
    • Healthy, nutritious food  
    • Guided nature walks to reconnect with nature
